Terms and Conditions

You confirm that your dog is in good health and free from contagious illnesses. You agree to provide accurate information regarding your dog's health, vaccinations, medications, temperament, and special needs.

Dogs must have current vaccinations appropriate for their age and service.

We welcome puppies and dogs with different personalities and behavioral needs. Please be honest and upfront about any history of aggression, biting, reactivity, anxiety, or other behavioral concerns.

Dogs with behavioral challenges may be accepted on a case by case basis depending on their individual needs and whether we can provide a safe and comfortable environment.

We reserve the right to modify, pause, or end a service if a dog's behavior creates a safety concern for the dog, people, or other pets.

Daycare and boarding are provided in our home based care environment. We take reasonable precautions to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable space for every dog.

However, dogs are animals and certain risks, including illness, injury, escape, or interactions with other animals, cannot be completely eliminated. By using our services, you acknowledge these inherent risks.

If your dog becomes ill or injured and you cannot be reached promptly, you authorize The Paw Club LA to seek appropriate veterinary care when reasonably necessary.

The owner is responsible for all veterinary, medical, transportation, and related expenses resulting from an emergency or illness.

You are responsible for reasonable costs resulting from your dog's actions, including damage to furniture, household items, property, another person, or another animal.

Cancellations or booking changes must be made at least 5 days before the scheduled service.

Late cancellations or changes may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the booking fee.

Please provide any food, medication, leash, crate, or other items your dog requires.

The Paw Club LA is not responsible for personal belongings that are lost or damaged during the stay.

You agree to provide complete and accurate information about your dog. This includes their health, vaccination status, medications, behavioral history, allergies, feeding instructions, and any special needs.

You must notify us of any changes before or during your dog's stay.

The Paw Club LA reserves the right to refuse, modify, or end a service when reasonably necessary for the safety and well-being of your dog, other animals, clients, or people in our care environment.

If a service needs to end early because of a safety or behavioral concern, we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible.

By submitting a booking request, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

By checking the agreement box on the booking form, you acknowledge and agree to the Terms and Conditions of The Paw Club LA.
